What condition are the models in?
All models are inspected for any damage or defects when we obtain them and unless unless otherwise stated in the listing they can
be assumed to be in mint condition. Occasionally we will sell clearance lots which will contain models that have imperfections, but
these imperfections will be stated.
There are, obviously, some of the rare Dinky and Matchbox models which will be in playworn condition, but because of their rarity they will
still carry a premium price despite imperfections.
Where possible we attempt to obtain the best examples of all the items we sell, but the age of some models is governing factor of not only, their condition, but their ultimate price.

Are the models boxed as it doesn't say in the listing?
All of our models are boxed unless specifically stated. Where the box is special we will mention this in the listing of the item.
If an item is meant to be in a special box but has not been supplied to us as such, then we will state the type of box the model will be supplied in.
How long do you take to dispatch items?
If the item is in stock our aim is to send out your order within 7 working days. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In the case of back-order or pre-order items the delivery time will be governed by our
suppliers. We will inform you when your item is available for shipping and the balance of your invoice is due.

Your shipping charges seem a little high. Why is that?
Here at Divvy Diecast we have the policy of packing the item in the way we would expect it to be packed when sent to us. This means that we use a large amount of packing materials to ensure that your newly-bought models are not damaged by the rough handling of the various postal services around the world.
This level of care is reflected in our shipping costs and is a level of service we are proud of. As such we charge a packing and handling fee of £1.20GBP above the Royal Mail rates. Each model is individually weighed at the time of cataloguing and this weight is used to calculate the shipping cost at the checkout stage.
We care about your purchases. This is recognised by the many who have bought from us through Ebay and is evident in the feedback we have received.
